William F. Ante
President
Ante Commercial Property Management, LLC
After 12 years with USAA Realty Company as a Senior Property Manager, Bill formed his own property management company and currently manages over 600,000 square feet of industrial properties. At USAA, he managed two office projects consisting of 350,000 square feet, several retail properties, two flex space service centers and several industrial complexes.
Prior to USAA, Mr. Ante had fourteen years experience in the real estate industry. After serving as a commissioned USAF officer, Bill spent several years in sales, management and leasing for the Bankers Land Company in West Palm Beach. He was employed by The Allen Morris Company from 1984 to 1995 with a management and leasing portfolio of over 1,000,000 SF. The portfolio consisted of 700,000 square feet of office properties and 300,000 square feet of retail space over a period of 10 years.
Mr. Ante received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from St. Leo College in 1971. He earned a Certified Property Managers (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1989. He served as President of the IREM Florida West Coast Chapter 44 in 1994 and is currently on the Board of Directors. Mr. Ante holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License.

BackMary Anne Boyd, RPA

Mary Anne currently works for CLW Real Estate Services, managing the Clear Channel and Cardo Engineering portfolios. Mary Anne’s property management career began in 1985 where she spent 9 years working with Cushman & Wakefield in a 900,000 square foot downtown high-rise. Additionally, her real state experience includes working with The Hogan Group, RJA Investment Group, Harbert Realty, Promus Management and Medical Realty Services.
Ms. Boyd received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from The Ohio State University. She earned the Real Property Administrators (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute in 1992, and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Managers (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as her LEED GA credentials from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). She is currently on the Board of Directors for IREM and sits on the executive council for Real Estate Lives. Ms. Boyd holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Steve Easton
Steve Easton has been a CPM for 34 years and an IREM faculty member since 1986 – teaching Human Resource Essentials for Real Estate Managers, the commercial and residential versions of the Marketing and Leasing course, Investment & Real Estate: Financial Tools, Investment Real Estate Financing and Valuation or the “Asset Track” and facilitates the Capstone track consisting of the Management Plan Skills Assessment and CPM Certification prep seminar. Steve teaches both domestically and internationally, has served as a grader trainer, faculty advisor and a mentor and guide for his countless students. He has also been involved in many rewrite committees over the years for new course revisions.
Mr. Easton has served IREM at the national level on the education committee, Faculty and Grader Management Board, CPM membership qualification courses committee, and education policy committee, as well as serving as chair for various faculty and grader work groups. He has also served as RVP for Florida/Georgia region 4.
He has been actively involved in the Florida West Coast Chapter of IREM and has held most of its offices serving as its president in 1985 and again in 2007 and has received the Manager of the Year Award.
teve is the founder and sole owner of Easton Realty, a full service real estate company in St. Petersburg, Fla. He began a real estate career in single-family brokerage and has since been involved in the management of multifamily housing, condominiums, office buildings and retail centers. He currently specializes in commercial brokerage and management. Mr. Easton also works in construction and building.
In April, 2010, Mr. Easton received the distinguished faculty award for excellence in teaching and in the field of education for IREM.
BackDesanya Daly, CPM
Senior Property Manager, Ram Realty Services
Desanya Daly has managed retail shopping centers for 25 years and is currently responsible for 1,098,522 square feet of retail space with Ram Realty Services.
Prior to Ram Realty Services Ms. Daly formed and operated Daly Commercial Management, Inc. to include the full service management of retail shopping centers and one office building. Additionally, her retail management experience includes working with The Sembler Company and Arnold & Associates.
Ms. Daly attended the University of Houston – Hotel Restaurant Management; is a licensed Real Estate Broker; and has served on the Florida West Coast Chapter of IREM Board of Directors since 1994 and was President in 2002.

Mr. Edds currently serves as Manager for Mooring Line Property Management, LLC. Previous work experience includes Director of Property Management for Civix, Inc., Senior Real Estate Manager and Director of Property Management for CB Richard Ellis and Property Manager for Trammell Crow Company. He has been a CPM and Licensed Real Estate Broker for 12 years and has worked with clients, firms and brokerage agencies not only in Florida, but throughout the USA. His current portfolio consists of third party REIT clients, Bank of America facilities management assignment, Receivership Appointments and Wachovia Bank, portfolio assignments. Clients include California Teachers Pension Fund, MONY (Mutual of New York),Equitable, Barclays Bank, Barnett Banks, Inc., Bank of America, Sun Trust, Wachovia Bank, N.A., Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Bank of Boston, Fleet Bank, Lutheran Brotherhood Pension Fund, Lehman Brothers, Inc. and World Savings.
He serves on the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) as part of the Executive Council (Tampa) and the Legislative Committee (D.C.).
BackPhyllis Galan
Phyllis Galan is Senior Property Manager for Parkway Realty Services in Tampa, Fla. She is Past President of IREM Chapter 44 and a past president of BOMA Greater Tampa Bay. Phyllis holds the CPM designation and BOMA’s RPA and FMA designations. She has a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license and has held positions of Regional Director for Paragon Group, Director of Property Management for Insignia/ESG.

Gary Gebelhoff, ARM, e-PRO is a Real Estate Broker with Prudential Florida Realty in Naples, Fla. Mr Gebelhoff is also a residential contractor and the Chairman of The Gebelhoff Group of Companies, LLC. Mr. Gebelhoff offers various services to individuals, institutions and government agencies, these services include Real Estate, Property Management, Construction, Greening of Buildings and Consulting.
Gary Gebelhoff has 25 years experience in the Real Estate, Construction and Property Management industries. Mr. Gebelhoff has lived in Florida since 1993 and prior to that lived in the Chicago area where he was born and raised.
BackMeridythe Kanaga, CPM Emeritus
Meridythe Kanaga has been in the property management field since 1967 and has been President of Mark Management, Inc since it was started in 1987. She has managed a variety of properties from multi-family, commercial, single family, and now specializes in homeowner’s associations.
Meridythe is a Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has earned the CPM Emeritus status. She is also a Member of Community Association Institute (CAI) and holds a Florida Community Association Manager’s and Real Estate Broker’s license.
Meridythe has been very active in her local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management and held the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Directory Chairperson. In 1987 and 2002 she was awarded the distinction of Certified Property Manager of the Year by the local chapter. Currently she is the Florida West Coast Chapter 44 Association Executive, the Central Florida Chapter 60 Association Executive and the Florida Education Administrator./p>
Meridythe and her husband Rick enjoy spending time with their married daughter and son along with the five grandchildren.
BackBridget Lancaster
Serves as senior property manager for CNL Commercial Real Estate, overseeing the day to day management and operations of Wachovia Plaza, a 200,000 square foot, 18-story, multi-tenanted Class A office building in downtown St. Petersburg.
Prior to joining CNL:
- Bridget Lancaster spent over 23 years in property management with real estate firms such as; Paragon Group, Equity Office Properties, The Hogan Group and Trammell Crow Company (TCC).
- Bridget joined TCC in 1998, managing Principal Financial Group’s (PFG) Tampa portfolio. In 2000, she was promoted to senior property manager, managing two (2) class A office assets totaling 500,00 s.f. In 2003 Bridget was promoted to Vice President, serving a dual role with oversight of 12 direct reports, and over 4 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties, interfacing with institutional owners such as; Archon Group, AMB Property Corporation, Cigna, Morgan Stanley, TA Associates, and TIAA.
- Most recently, Bridget served as Director for TCC’s corporate account; American Financial Realty Trust with 130 properties totaling over four million square feet, in six states with 15 direct reports. In addition, Bridget served in a dual role as client’s Florida Portfolio Manager.
Dharma Malempati
Dharma Malempati cofounded Om Ventures, Inc. a full service commercial real estate firm that offers advisory, management, and brokerage services to third party clients, as well our holding companies and partnerships. Dharma has been involved in all aspects of the leasing and management of Om Ventures’ portfolio of properties and has been responsible for the daily operations of the company for the past five years.
Prior to cofounding Om Ventures, Dharma developed private equity, debt, and merger and acquisition transaction experience valued at over $750 million at JP Morgan Chase (JPM) and Cogent Communications (CCOI). Dharma also has experience valuing and acquiring distressed or bankrupt companies. Dharma is a Certified Property Manager Candidate and received his MBA (Real Estate) from the University of California at Berkeley, his BS (Finance/International Business) from New York University and his Financial Planner Certificate from the University of South Florida.
BackRobert Mannausa
Robert Mannausa graduated from Michigan State University in 2004. In the fall of 2005 he moved to Florida and started working for T. Mannausa & Company as a site manager for a USDA Rural Development complex. After receiving his Florida Realtors license in the spring of 2006, he became a CPM Candidate. While working for T. Mannausa & Company Mr. Mannausa oversaw the construction of an 80-unit USDA Rural Development apartment complex in Arcadia and has become an account manager for several properties. He has completed all of the required CPM courses. For the past two years he has been active in Chapter 44 as the head chairman of Education Committee.

Jamie has served in many leadership capacities both professionally and personally. Through her strong commitment to customer satisfaction and drive to make a difference – she has been able to build a reputation for being a professional and worthy of the praises given by her clients. Jamie serves the interest of her clients through proactive management and the wealth of industry knowledge she continues to gather.
BackHunter Swearingen, CCIM, CPM, RPA
Mr. Swearington has 18 years of wide ranging third party commercial real estate experience. Key skill sets and areas of expertise include property/asset management, financial analysis, marketing and leasing. He has been engaged for numerous high profile receivership and OREO projects throughout Florida, including the BayWalk lifestyle center, Prestige Place office complex, and Park Place Surgical Center. Mr. Swearingen has served and provided expert testimony to the following courts in his capacity as receiver; The Sixth, Ninth, Twelfth and Eighteenth Circuit and The United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. He currently is the principal of Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida, LLC responsible for oversight of all property and asset management operations for nearly 3 million square feet of commercial real estate assets, integration of new properties, property analysis and implementation of property initiatives, financial analysis and oversight, new construction, tenant relations and retention, acquisition and disposition oversight. Past experience includes Director of Property Management and Leasing for Ciminelli Development Company and Senior Property Manager for Ryon and Associates. Mr. Swearington has dual bachelor degrees from the University of Tampa in Accounting and Marketing. His professional and community affiliations include IREM Chapter 44 (2008 President), Florida CCIM West Coast Chapter (2008 Treasurer), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
BackRichard F. Wasilik, CPM, GRI
Although still maintaining S & R Property Management, Inc, Richard F. Wasilik was a portfolio manager for Condominium Associates in Tampa as well as Rampart Property Management and ResorceProperty Management Inc. Richard is currently working for Tourtelot Property Management and Leasing LLC, where he handles about 100 single family homes, duplexes, quad-plexes and small apartment building. He was formerly a Vice President and Broker of All Florida Realty Services, Inc., St. Petersburg office. A veteran of many years in the real estate business (since 1977), he opened his own brokerage in June, 1987, and purchased P.J. Sattler Co., Realtors, in April, 1988, which he merged with S & R Enterprises Realty and Property Management, Inc. In February 1993, he shortened the business name to S & R Property Management, Inc. In June 1998, he sold the assets of his company to All Florida Realty Services, Inc. He received his GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor's Institute) in 1983, his CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) in 1988, and has been a Realtor with the St. Petersburg Suncoast Association of Realtors. Richard is also a licensed Community Association Manager. The firm was a full service real estate company, however Mr. Wasilik specialized in leasing and property management. He has also been appointed by the court as Receiver for many troubled properties and serves as an expert witness in legal matters pertaining to property management. He was contracted to do asset appraisals for a Texas Investment firm and has managed tax credit portfolios. Richard has authored many management-related articles published in both local and statewide newspapers and magazines.
As a member of the St. Petersburg Suncoast Association of Realtors, now known as Pinellas Realtor Organization Inc., he served on or chaired numerous committees and served as President for 1997. Richard was an active member of RealTalker's Toastmasters and has attained Competent Toastmaster's status. He takes an active part in the Realtor's Legislative Days in Tallahassee each year and was named Realtor-Associate of the Year in 1985 as well as receiving the first Community Service Award given by the former St. Petersburg Board of Realtors, among many other awards. As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors, he was a Director and served on several statewide committees as well as a convention delegate. He is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and was 1991, 2000, 2001 and 2003 President of West Coast Chapter #44. In addition, he has been appointed to the State and Municipal Affairs Committee on the state level, was Chairman of Florida Council of IREM Chapters, elected to the National Governing Council for 1995-1999, and is Legislative liaison for Chapter #44 on both the state and national level.
Mr. Wasilik, born in Yonkers, New York, has lived in St. Petersburg since 1974. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and the National Guard and served active duty in Viet Nam. Very active in the community, he is a life member of the Sertoma Club and the Disabled American Veterans. He is a member of the Egypt Temple Shrine. In addition, he volunteers at the Shriner's Hospital in Tampa, is a twelve-gallon plus blood donor and a bone marrow transplant and Apheresis donor. He especially enjoys working with the children in the special olympics. His hobbies include studying to become a magician, golfing, singing, reading and gardening.
Richard and his wife, Shirley, have five children; Kathy Snider, Nashville, Tennessee; Sherry Wren, Jacksonville, Florida, Leslie Wright of Calico Rock, Arkansas; Kurt Whiting and Cynthia Wasilik of St. Petersburg; six grandchildren; Julia, Thomas and Emilia Whiting and Kevin, Katie and Kory Wright and one great grandchild, all of St. Petersburg.
BackMichael A. Wolfe
Michael is a Regional Account Executive with St. Moritz Building Services. St. Moritz offers building related services which include commercial cleaning, high and low rise window cleaning, pressure washing, painting, waterproofing and security services. Michael has over 12 years experience in education, training, and customer service with over five years of experience in building related services sales and customer service.
Michael has served on many committees for real estate related organizations. He has served as the Program Chair for the local IFMA chapter and currently serves on the Green and TOBY Committees for BOMA Greater Tampa Bay as well as being a Member of the BOMA Board of Directors. He also serves on our own Executive Committee as the Chair of our Friends of IREM committee.
Michael also volunteers his time for the local chapter of JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, as a member of the Corporate Development committee. He is currently pursuing his Green Associates credentials from the USGBC and has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Education and Psychology from the University of North Carolina and a Masters of Science degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
